We recommend cleaning your wrap with cool water,  soft cloth, and in case of need - mild dish soap, after that just let it air dry. We do not suggest harsh scrubbing, because it may affect the beeswax coating. Beeswax wrap might be used 1-2 years, depending on usage intensity. Avoid heat, hot water and let products cool before putting in beeswax wrap, because beeswax has a relatively low melting temperature.

• Do not use directly on raw meat, raw fish or pineapple.
• Do not use in the microwave and don't cut food on your wrap.
• Every few months you can pasteurize and 'renew' the wrap by simply putting it in the oven.  Just lay a baking paper, and put the wrap in the oven for 3-5 minutes in 150°C.

All packages outside Latvia are shipped via Latvijas Pasts or Itella shipping services. All packages have a tracking number,  sent to you after the order has been shipped. Free worldwide shipping applies to all orders over 50 €, and free domestic shipping applies to all orders over 30 €

WARRANTY

If you are not completely happy with your order you can return it in 14 days after receiving the product. But please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable (unless items are faulty).

If you want to return the order, please note that:

• You can open the product, but you cannot use it;
• Item has to be returned in original packaging.

Warranty is no longer valid if:

• Item was damaged because of improper storage or care.

If you need to return your order, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to our team - info@wrapitwrapper.com, describing the problem with your order.
2. We will respond to you shortly, with the details of the return address.
3. Securely package all the items you wish to return, and head to the local Post office.
4. Once we have received your package, we will inspect the items in 5 business days, and inform you of a refund.
