Take care: We recommend cleaning your bag with cool water, soft cloth and in case of need - mild dish soap. We do not suggest harsh scrubbing, because it may affect beeswax coating. Beeswax wrap might be used 1-2 years, depending on usage. Avoid heat, hot water and let products cool before putting in beeswax wrap. Do not use in the microwave. Do not store fresh meat or fish. Avoid cutting wrap with a knife.
All Wrap it wraps are handcrafted in Latvia. Our packaging uses only recycled paper, cardboard and craft paper. Our beeswax wraps are handmade and therefore might slightly differ in detail, size and shape.
All packages outside Latvia are shipped via Latvijas Pasts or Itella shipping services. All packages have a tracking number, sent to you after the order has been shipped. Free worldwide shipping applies to all orders over 50 €, and free domestic shipping applies to all orders over 30 €

WARRANTY
If you are not completely happy with your order you can return it in 14 days after receiving the product. But please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable (unless items are faulty).
If you want to return the order, please note that:
- You can open the product, but you cannot use it;
- Item has to be returned in original packaging.
Warranty is no longer valid if:
- Item was damaged because of improper storage or care.
If you need to return your order, follow these steps:

- We will respond to you shortly, with the details of the return address.
- Securely package all the items you wish to return, and head to the local Post office.
- Once we have received your package, we will inspect the items in 5 business days, and inform you of a refund.
